We offer home health care services to assist with activities of daily living so that you can remain safe and independent in your own home. Our team of in-home caregivers believes in the importance of making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their family members.

At Optimal Home Health Care, we understand that every person has a unique situation, and we focus on meeting those individual needs. Plans of Care are completed by a registered nurse and reviewed thoroughly with the in-home caregivers. All of our caregivers are supervised and trained by a registered nurse. Caregivers are carefully selected after a multi-step interview process which includes: multiple background checks, personal and employment references, group interview, and a one-on-one interview with one of the directors of our home care agency. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the services you receive. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Optimal Home Health Care will always be there for you.
